Terms of Service

EvoDigi ("we," "us," "our") provides a software service that connects business Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok pages to an automated AI assistant for replying to customer messages. The service is operated by [legal entity / individual — fill in], based in Bulgaria.

By using EvoDigi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. If you use EvoDigi on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

• Connecting a Facebook Page, Instagram Business/Standalone account, or TikTok Business account through each platform's official OAuth flow.
• Automatically scanning public information from connected accounts (bio, profile picture, follower count, recent posts) to inform replies to customers.
• Automated AI replies to incoming direct messages, generated using the scanned information and any additional instructions the business owner provides.
• The ability for the owner to review, correct, and manually answer messages the AI assistant cannot confidently handle.

To use EvoDigi, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

EvoDigi uses the official APIs and OAuth flows of Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok. Connecting an account grants EvoDigi permission to read public information and to send/receive messages on your behalf, within the scope of the permissions requested. You can disconnect at any time — through your EvoDigi dashboard or directly in the relevant platform's own settings. EvoDigi is not responsible for access changes, restrictions, or outages imposed by Meta or TikTok.

Replies sent by the AI assistant are generated automatically based on scanned information and any instructions the owner provides. While we aim for accuracy and usefulness, we do not guarantee the AI's responses will be correct in every case. The business owner remains ultimately responsible for content sent to their customers and should regularly review escalated questions and assistant settings.

You may not use EvoDigi to: send spam, fraudulent, or misleading content; violate applicable law or Meta's/TikTok's platform policies; attempt unauthorized access to our systems; or engage in any activity harmful to third parties.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe, according to the plan you select. Pricing and message limits for each plan are listed on our pricing page. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partially used periods except where required by law.

You may stop using EvoDigi and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms or applicable platform policies, with prior notice where reasonably possible.

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EvoDigi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including loss of revenue or data.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email or via a dashboard notice. Continuing to use EvoDigi after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
